A great day for GB Fit students and Team Bristol at the WAKO British Championships. Everyone fought so well:

Sharon Gill – Gold
Rio Williams – Gold
Lauren Howie – Silver and bronze
Ishana Moores – Silver and bronze
Harvey western – Bronze
Liam Holden – 2 x Silver
Harvey Tyler – Bronze
Izzy Whitmore – 2 x Bronze
Carmen Jones – Silver and bronze

Cory cook fought brilliantly but lost to the overall winner in the quarter finals in probably the toughest kids section on the day.
Hayden Challenger, Jack Sowersby and Harry Rhodes just lost out on gaining a medal with tremendous performances from them all!
